This year’s AirVenture should prove to be an exciting one with the appearance of SpaceShip One/White Knight - the world’s first civilian manned spacecraft to fly beyond the earth’s atmosphere; as well as, the Virgin Atlantic Global Flyer that Steve Fossett successfully piloted on the first nonstop, non-refueled, around-the-world flight. Of course, there will be aircraft displays, vendors and educational opportunities galore and IAC is adding to the wealth of activities available to AirVenture attendees by hosting its own aerobatic workshops, forums and member activities.
Annual Meeting/Member Reception
You won’t want to miss out on the IAC Annual Meeting and Membership Reception sponsored by Falcon Insurance Agency on Friday, July 29th at 6 p.m. at the Nature Center Tent #1. Election results for the Board of Director race will be announced and the IAC Board of Directors will be the chefs at a good old-fashioned cookout with brats, hamburgers, hotdogs, and beverages. We’ll say our farewell to two-term President Gerry Molidor and welcome in the new Board representatives.

Aerobatic Workshops at the IAC Aerobatic Center
IAC and aerobatic aircraft manufacturers and equipment suppliers have teamed up to present a line-up of hands-on demonstrations and up-close-and-personal question and answer sessions at the IAC Aerobatic Center on Wednesday, July 27-Friday, July 29 during AirVenture.
Aircraft Parking
Planning on flying your aircraft in to AirVenture? We’ve got plenty of parking for aerobatic aircraft at the IAC Aerobatic Center located just south of the control tower. Interested? Just call IAC headquarters at 920-426-6574 with your name, aircraft type, arrival and departure dates and we’ll reserve a space for you. Put a magenta (bright pink) piece of paper with the letters IAC in big black letters in your window when taxiing in and the aircraft parking chairmen will direct you to the IAC pavilion.
