An Amendment, latest date April 28, 2014, to the Official Contest rules is now available --- click here to download. Included are important changes which could affect your scoring at upcoming contests. Additionally, for those planning to take the R&C exam soon, the Amendment may affect your answers to questions 11, 18 and 25. (If you have already passed the R&C exam these changes will not affect your score, and you need not take it again.)
