An updated version of the Official Contest rules is now available at https://www.iac.org/download-contest-rules (member login required). Changes from 2013 are marked with solid lines in the margins; changes since the previous edition are marked with dashed lines. If you wish to print a new hard copy of the revised rule book, ONLY the Part 1 file need be reprinted.
