CIVA has published the Known proposals for the 2015 competition season for Advanced and Unlimited Power; Yak-52/Intermediate category; and Advanced and Unlimited Glider Championships. The deadline for proposals was 15 September. The sequences were checked and de-identified by IAC Rules Chairman and CIVA Judging Sub-Committee member Brian Howard of Tucson, Arizona prior to their publication in a single document. The document was distributed to CIVA Delegates on 4 October 2014 by Mike Heuer, CIVA's Rules Sub-Committee Chairman.
The CIVA proposals can be downloaded below as a PDF. The proposals will be voted on at the upcoming CIVA plenary meeting in Wroclaw, Poland on 8 and 9 November. After their adoption by CIVA, the IAC Board of Directors will review and approve them for use at IAC-sanctioned competitions in the USA before they go into effect on 1 January 2015.
Comments on the proposals can be sent to Mike Heuer, the USA's Delegate to CIVA, prior to his departure for Europe on 4 November. Mike's contact information can be found on this website under "Leadership".
