Figure 1 Foundation is dedicated to aviation scholarships in order to educate, enable and inspire the general aviation community, at the grassroots level, with a mission to promote change in safety and growth in the aviation industry as a whole. The foundation offers a variety of scholarships including an Aerobatic Judge Certification Scholarship.
The certification program covers the cost of a weekend judges school and travel expenses to and from an aerobatic contest to earn the required judges assisting experience, as well as the regional judge's exam cost. Up to $1,100 in total funding.
The deadline to apply is December 31st, 2022. The ideal candidate is an individual with a passion for aviation and a strong interest in supporting the Aerobatic community and competitions.
