Annually you will see a familiar call for IAC member participation on foundational programs that govern all IAC sanctioned contests. This year, Sequence Committee Chair Michael Ciliberti and Rules Committee Chair Barrett Hines sent out the same appeal to IAC members in the July/August time frame for rule change proposals and known sequences.

The IAC fall board meeting was held November 11-12 in the EAA Aviation Museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Committee Appointments

• Ballot Certification Chair: Doug Jenkins appointed.

• Sequence Chair: Resignation of Mike Ciliberti accepted, Rob Holland appointed.

• Executive Committee: Dagmar Kress, Craig Gifford appointed.

• 2023 AirVenture Chair: Jordan Ashley appointed

At the IAC fall board meeting November 11-12, Rob Holland was named as the 2023 Sequence Program Committee Chair after a unanimous vote from the board.

Rob assumed the duties of sequence chair upon confirmation. One of the jobs of the sequence chair is to provide Unknowns to regional contests. At the IAC fall board meeting, November 11-12, Jordan Ashley was confirmed unanimously as 2023 AirVenture Chairman. This will be Jordan's second year as AirVenture Chairman. Jordan marks 2023 as his 28th year at AirVenture and 15th year as a volunteer.
