IAC's officers, directors, staff, and volunteers are now in the final phase of preparation for the much-anticipated EAA AirVenture which begins on July 20th. 

Highlight of the event for IAC members will be the 70th Anniversary Pitts Exhibit which will be on display in the IAC Pavilion. Sixteen vertical panels along with over 60 photos and text will tell the history of the Pitts Special and the pilots who flew it to fame and glory. Billy Werth leads off at the IAC Pavilion with the first forum of the AirVenture schedule on Tuesday, July 21 at 8:30am.
With over 8000 hours of flight time in 20 different aircraft, with 900 of it teaching folks how to fly upside down, Billy will be sharing his expertise in a forum titled, “Getting your head around Unusual Attitude Recoveries”. Billy says his forum can be Pitts specific or not, depending on the crowd, so don't be afraid to ask him about other aircraft types.

IAC congratulates Jim Bourke, IAC 43415, of Corvalis, OR and Dave Watson, IAC 26557, of San Jose, CA on their successful upgrade to National Judge.  Both are active Judges and competitors.  Dave is a regular contributor to Sport Aerobatics and a Judges School Instructor.  We thank Jim and Dave for their enthusiasm and dedication to our sport.
